S$99per product, up to 3 shades. First 10 customers. Renewal S$69 a year.

Within three working days you get:

What you're paying for, and what I'm not. HSA doesn't check what you file. The acknowledgement is issued automatically, and HSA says itself that it does not evaluate or approve the product. You tick a declaration that your product complies; if it doesn't, the fine is up to S$20,000. What you're paying for is the looking: every ingredient checked against the current ASEAN lists with the rule beside it, your label checked against the nine required items, and the sheet laid out as HSA's form asks, so you sign knowing what you're signing. I'm not HSA, not a lawyer, and never the company responsible for your product: you file under your own company, and it stays yours. If something I marked as allowed turns out to be wrong, I redo the sheet free and refund my fee. Sample sheet · Terms

No payment now. Within three working days you see the verdict, pay by PayNow, and get the sheet.

How it works

1
You send the ingredient list, a label photo and the maker's name and address.
2
Everything is checked against the current ASEAN lists. A person reads every result.
3
Within three working days you get the verdict and the sheet.
4
You copy it into HSA under your login, tick, pay HSA, print the acknowledgement.

Questions

Shopee, Lazada or TikTok removed my listing.

What to do, step by step.

Can you file it for me?

No. Only your company's login opens HSA's site, and the law makes you responsible. I prepare; you copy and click. About fifteen minutes.

I sell as a person, not a company.

Register a business first. Only a registered business can notify.

I import a foreign brand.

Your company must notify it, even if another company already has. If you only buy from a local supplier who notified it, keep their invoice: it covers you.

What do I pay, and when?

S$99 per product, nothing now. You see the verdict first, pay by PayNow, then get the sheet. HSA's small fee you pay to HSA.

What happens next year?

It lasts one year. I email you a month before. Renewal S$69.
